Betty Montgomery was not supposed to win her first election to be county prosecutor, but she did. She was not supposed to win her election to the state senate, but she did. When Betty decided to run for Attorney General, she was not supposed to win, but again Betty proved the pundits wrong and became the first, and only woman, to serve as Ohio's Attorney General.
